National Wildlife Week – March 17-23 – Make a Splash for Wildlife
Have you signed up for the Webinar? Space is limited.
National Wildlife Week 2014 will take place from March 17-23 this year and will celebrate wildlife and our mutual connection to Water. Water is a life source for all living creatures (whether human, animal or plant) and each of us depend on having clean and safe waterways. Over the course of the week, NWF and its partners will highlight this connection by exploring our waterways - From the Mountains
to the Rivers to the Oceans.
NWF will shed light on the connection between wildlife and water by examining over 40 different featured species across the country, from the endangered Hawaiian monk seal to swamp rabbits, whooping cranes and loons, spring peepers to spotted salamanders, rainbow trout to walleye and blue crab to dragonflies.
Get started by signing up to participate in our February 19th webinar from 5:00 – 6:30 pm ET where you will get tovirtual meet the wildlife and get tips on how you can celebrate the week.
NWF will provide you with a toolkit with step by stepguides, lessons and activities and even a great poster you will need to celebrate National Wildlife Week.
