If a Green Bus Drives but Nobody Rides, Is It Still Green?
“Just because you have a green bus doesn’t mean more people will ride the bus,” says Josh Cohen of TransLoc, a company using GPS to track the location of campus shuttles at Emory University. With a goal of getting 25 percent of its workforce registered as alternative commuters by 2015, the school is figuring out to make mass transit more convenient.
