Blue crabs in the Chesapeake Bay are in trouble as polluted runoff from driveways, lawns and parking lots threatens their aquatic habitat.

Unless we ensure Chesapeake Bay waters are protected from polluted runoff, blue crabs’ recovery could be seriously threatened by worsened pollution.

Right now, Maryland lawmakers are on the verge of eliminating programs that reduce pollution from flowing into the Chesapeake.

Help protect Maryland blue crab habitat from pollution by editing and sending a message to your state senators, urging them to keep the pollution runoff law intact.
